1. Acceptance of these terms
By registering for a Staffy Pass through dāwa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't submit an application.
2. Eligibility
A Staffy Pass is issued to eligible employees of a participating company, subject to that company's own eligibility rules and to review and approval by dāwa and/or your employer's designated approvers. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
3. Use of the pass
Your Staffy Pass, including its QR code, is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, or used by anyone else. Privileges are redeemable only at participating branches and are subject to the usage limits configured for your company and employer.
4. Suspension and revocation
Your pass may be disabled or revoked if your employment ends, if your employer's participation ends, if fraudulent or abusive use is detected, or if any information you provided is found to be false.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of your Staffy Pass after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to your employer's designated contact, or to dāwa directly.

1. What we collect
When you apply for a Staffy Pass, we collect your full name, work email, and — if you provide them — your mobile number and date of birth. We also record the IP address your application was submitted from, for fraud prevention.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to verify your eligibility, process your application through your employer's approval workflow, issue and secure your Staffy Pass, and — only if you opt in — send you offers and updates.
3. Who can see it
Your application details are visible to dāwa's administrators and to the specific approvers your employer has configured for your application (which may include a contact at your own employer). A staff scanning your pass sees only what your employer has chosen to display — never your full application details.
4. Email verification
We verify your work email with a one-time code before your application is created, to confirm you actually control that address before anything is submitted for approval.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting your employer's designated contact or dāwa directly. Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time.
6. Data retention
Application and pass data is retained for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, consistent with dāwa's data retention settings.
