1. Acceptance of these terms
By registering for a Staffy Pass through dawa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't submit an application.
2. Eligibility
A Staffy Pass is issued to eligible employees of a participating company, subject to that company's own eligibility rules and to review and approval by dawa and/or your employer's designated approvers.
3. Use of the pass
Your Staffy Pass, including its QR code, is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, or used by anyone else. Privileges are redeemable only at participating branches.
4. Suspension and revocation
Your pass may be disabled or revoked if your employment ends, if your employer's participation ends, if fraudulent or abusive use is detected, or if any information you provided is found to be false.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of your Staffy Pass after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
